A note on Electronic Readers and Document Viewers
While it is common to group these two types of software together, important differences exist.
A Document Viewer attempts to re-create a given document's original form. A common document viewer
is Adobe Acrobat. It is nice to use these tools when the hardware is suitable for such display,
however on mobile devices such as phones and e-ink devices, often the document is not legible, or difficult to read.
An electronic reader is primarily responsible for getting content to the user, and being
flexible enough to render that content in a suitable manner with out regard to the documents original, physical form.
I think electronic readers are better suited to general reading on most portable systems.
